Heritage Trail Partners, Inc. was organized in January, 2004 for educational, charitable, and scientific purposes to promote and support the design, development, preservation, and advancement of the "Heritage Trail" in western Arkansas (Washington, Benton, Crawford, and Sebastian counties).
